Ophelia's Attic offers Flat Rate Shipping. Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail ®
All items are handmade to order and may take up to 6 weeks to process (this is excluding shipping times). At
very busy times of the year, shipping may take up to 12 weeks. We will send you a confirmation email when
your order is received which includes the estimated delivery date.
Payment
Ophelia's Attic accepts payment via PayPal, money order and cleared check. If you wish to pay by check or MO,
please indicate this when prompted during check-out. Check orders will be slightly delayed as we will wait for
the check to clear before beginning to fill the order. Payment through credit card ensures the fastest
completion of the order. PayPal is free and it is relatively quick to set-up an account if you do not have one.
Sizing
Please use the following sizing chart to determine the appropriate standard size to order.
We offer both custom sizing and plus sizing at no additional charge. To have an item designed to your
measurements, please provide the following information in the "Additional Instructions" text box during
checkout.
Return Policy
Please note that ALL garments are non-returnable. Unless it is an obvious mistake on our part and
returns/exchanges are excepted only if the item is returned unworn and undamaged. Clothing must have tags
attached and not show visible signs of wear. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or refunds. Please
contact us prior to returning your item as you will need a return authorization # to write on the outside of the
package. Please send all returns insured.
Note: shipping charges to and from are not refundable unless you would like to make an exchange instead of a
return. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us!
Fabric Availability
While every attempt is made to select fabrics and colors known to be consistently available, it is possible that
our suppliers may discontinue certain products. We will notify you immediately if there is any problem with
finding your desired fabric.
Lace patterns are quite likely to be different than those pictured on models due to varying availability. If you
wish to match lace within an order or to a previous order, please email us and we will be happy to
accommodate you.

We will only collect the minimum information required to process your order and we guarantee no information
will be passed to anyone else.
You will receive email from us only in relation to your order and/or in response to other correspondence or
